Dermaplane Blading course

Dermaplaning is a service that exfoliates the skin while also removing Vellus facial hair. Knowing the difference between Vellus and terminal hair areas is important! I will coach you on how to use the blade and do an effective treatment. I will teach contraindications and how to talk about this service. The Class takes about 3 hours and you will be asked to bring a model to practice on for the later portion of the class. The class will take place at our location in Naples across from WATERSIDE SHOPS or You can pay an additional fee to have me come to your establishment.

Microneedle

Also called CIT / Collagen Induction Therapy Is a treatment for the correction of Scars ( that are more than one year old) and for fine lines. These treatments are normally recommended in a series of 3 to 6 approx. one month apart. I will teach you contraindications and how to use the device of a microneedle PEN! I do not teach how to use a roller.. * Microneedling is not allowed in some states under the scope of esthetics! In most cases you have to work in a medical establishment as a medical assistant or a mid level provider or higher to perform. * Example in the state of Florida microneedling is not under the scope of an esthetician to perform with their Lic. ! We recommend that you have a model to practice on for the later portion of the class. Class is on one Saturday per month late morning to early afternoon. Evening class is only Available Thursday evening at your location for an additional travel fee.

TCA Peels

TCA Peels are stronger peels best for a Fitz one or 2 skin tone to correct Photo damaged skin/ Fine lines and pigmentation damage. Also mild scars. The pain level for the face tends to be about a 6 on average. The peeling usually lasts for 2 days to 2 weeks. It depends on how many passes you do and how sensitive their skin is. You need to have a proper technique along with what to watch for. It is typical to have erythema and possible frosting of the skin. This class does not require a model but it is recommended so that you can get in practice time. Class is approx. 2 to 3 hours of training. Class is in our Naples Location across from WATERSIDE SHOPS on Saturday Late morning to early afternoon. Evening class is only available at your location. Fee for travel to your location.

Jessner Peel

Is a chemical peel of moderate nature to help with Oily and acne prone skin. Can also help reduce some texture and mild pigmentation damage. Mild erythema and possible frosting can occur. Peeling usually lasts for about 3 days to over a week. We will go over Contraindications, Technique and how you talk about Jessner Peels. Jessners are done in a series one month apart for 3 to 6 treatments, It is recommended that you have a model to practice on the later portion of the class. Class is Approx. 2 to 3 hours of training. Class is in our Naples Location across from Waterside Shops. Saturday late morning to early afternoon. Evening only available on Thursdays at your location. Additional fee to travel to your location.

No… that is not really necessary in most cases. You will be asked to send close up photos of the areas you want to treat.  Along with that you will fill out a brief medical history Intake form that will help in our consult, I have years of experience seeing clients in the office for consultations. The Key is to keep me informed on what is happening with your skin.  It is both internal and external factors that contribute to your skin issues, a big part is how you take care of it.  So a good discussion on what, where, and how often you use ingredients on your skin is part of the conversation we will have during the consult.

YES… you will be sent a copy of recommended products and when / how often to use them.  Along with any other relevant information, advice, links and next steps to take.

I offer a brief 15 minute consult for a question on a recommendation of a product. I also offer a 30 minute Initial Consultation for a variety of Skin care concerns.

I offer a few Medical grade products that you can purchase through Fifth & Main.  However, Some skincare products I will either send you a Link to purchase them or a shopping list on common places they can be purchased.

Medical Grade products tend to be on the pricey side; however, they tend to be the best quality.  I work with people all the time on their budgets for skincare.  So I do not mind helping you find alternative Over the Counter (OTC) skincare when possible.  Especially when it comes to Cleanser, Toners, Moisturizer and SPF.  Some items like Anti age Serums…. I most likely will recommend Medical Grade! When it comes to make up…. I love both High End and drugstore makeup these days… so just let me know when I can help you save! That is my whole philosophy at Fifth to Main.  All people should be able to access good advice on Skincare and Makeup.

There are many reasons why I do not take returns.  I do not know the conditions of where the products have been stored and how they could be damaged.

I cannot guarantee any product, recommendation or result.  I cannot tell if or when you will have a reaction to something, sorry but that is the hard reality and therefore…. I do not take returns or issue refunds of any kind.

Absolutely YES, and I encourage you to do so.  I am an esthetician skin care coach consultant.  You should try to check in and keep me updated on how things are working.  I will discuss that with you during the consultation. A general recommendation is at least once a season.  Normally my follow up consult will be 50% off.

No! I have worked in Medical for a long time and I am used to complying with HIPPA. None of your information will be shared with any other parties but Fifth and Main.

A minimum of 24 hours is needed to cancel / reschedule or the full fee is charged.

NO…. When you sign up we ask for closeup pictures of your skin that could be used.  If you feel uncomfortable using video or cannot for some reason, audio will be okay.
